President & Board Member
As President and member of the Supervisory Board, Iwo leads Axion's overall strategy and organizational growth. Alongside management, he remains directly involved in projects, contributing to initiatives such as ExoBiome, Oscillate, and other R&D activities across the group.
Vice-President & Head of Projects
As Vice-President and member of the Supervisory Board, Iwo oversees the technical execution of Axion's research initiatives. Acting as the technical lead, he directly manages project teams, including the QC1 Quantum Computing group, ensuring the successful delivery of our most advanced R&D solutions.
Mentor & Scientific Supervisor
DSc. Eng. Aleksandra Kawala-Sterniuk is Axion's Scientific Supervisor and member of the Supervisory Board. She actively guides our research development, helping turn ambitious student projects into recognized scientific publications.
R&D Team Member
An active researcher working across different technology streams. She contributes to the QC1 quantum project and has represented the circle in neurotechnology initiatives like the Oscillate Hackathon.
R&D Team Member
In addition to her research work and participation in the Oscillate Hackathon, Wiktoria manages Axion's social media channels, overseeing communication and building the circle's external presence.

Dedicated to the development of the QC1 project. She focuses on researching quantum computing concepts and their practical applications within the circle's ongoing initiatives.
